Right of Withdrawal & Returns
At aiershatoys.com, operated by AIERSHA WELLNESS INC, we handle returns differently based on your location and the nature of our products.
1. For Customers in the European Union (EU)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Instruction on Withdrawal:
- Period: The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods.
- Notification: To exercise your right, you must inform us via a clear declaration (e.g., an email to info@aiersha.com).

Important Exclusion (Hygiene Products):
Please Note: According to Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery. For your safety and ours, used or opened intimate wellness products cannot be returned.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding the direct costs of returning the goods). The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
2. For Customers in the USA and Non-EU Countries
For orders shipped within the USA or to other non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland), the following policy applies:
- All Sales Final: Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the package has been shipped.
- Defective Goods: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@aiersha.com with photos of the defect. We will provide a replacement or store credit.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have entered the fulfillment process (usually within 12-24 hours).
3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods to our fulfillment center. Please contact our support team before sending any items back to receive the correct return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
