Is there a physical Aiersha store?

No. Aiersha is a purely online shop with warehouses in the USA and China. On-site pickup is not possible. All orders are shipped discreetly.

Unsubscribe: Click the unsubscribe link at the end of any newsletter email.

I forgot my password – what should I do?

Click on Login and select "Forgot Password?".
Enter your registered email address.
You will receive a link via email to set a new password.

Security Tip: Use at least 8 characters (letters, numbers, special characters). Avoid simple combinations like "123456" or "password".

In your customer account under "My Orders", you can:

View order details
Download invoices
Track the shipment status

How do I place an order at Aiersha?

Add the desired items to your shopping cart.
Click on "Checkout".
Enter your shipping address and payment method.
Confirm the order with "Place Order".
You will receive a confirmation email with all details.

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer the following secure payment methods:

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) – secure via Stripe
Bancomat – secure via Stripe
EPS Transfer – secure via Stripe
PayPal (with buyer protection)

Your account will be charged immediately after completing the order.
For international transactions, exchange rate fees may apply depending on your bank.
Stripe is our PCI-DSS certified payment processor – your data is optimally protected.

In which currency are prices displayed?

USA Customers: Prices are exclusive of Sales Tax (calculated in checkout based on your shipping address).
EU Customers (order value under €150): The VAT of the destination country is already included in the price (IOSS procedure).
EU Customers (over €150) & Switzerland: Prices are net prices. You are responsible as the importer for import VAT, customs, and fees.

Can I redeem a voucher code?

Yes! In the checkout process, you will find a field for voucher codes. Enter the code, and the discount will be displayed immediately.

Note: Only one code per order can be redeemed.
Codes are not combinable with other promotions.
Pay attention to the correct spelling (no spaces before/after the code).

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Cancel: Contact us immediately after ordering at info@aiersha.com with your order number. Cancellation is only possible if the goods have not yet been shipped.
Modify: Post-order changes (e.g., swapping or adding items) are not possible. Simply place a new order and return the unwanted items (if applicable).

Can I specify a different delivery address?

Yes! During checkout, you can enter a different delivery address (e.g., for gifts or discreet delivery).

Where does Aiersha ship to?

We ship worldwide from our warehouses in the USA and China.

How long does delivery take?

Important: Delays due to customs (e.g., in Switzerland or for EU orders over €150) are beyond our control.
The risk of accidental loss passes to you upon handover to the shipping company.

How discreet is the shipping?

Your privacy is our top priority. That's why:

Neutral packaging (plain brown box without logos or references to Aiersha)
Anonymous sender ("Logistics Partner" – no indication of the content)
Discreet invoice description ("Online Purchase" or "Wellness Products" on your bank statement)

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are displayed separately in the checkout process and depend on the destination country and package weight.

Note for Switzerland/EU (over €150):
Additional costs (customs, import VAT) are not calculated by Aiersha but by the local customs office upon delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Products & Warranty

What warranty do Aiersha products have?

All products: 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects (from date of purchase).
Exclusions:
- Damage due to improper handling (e.g., incorrect cleaning)
- Normal wear and tear
- Condoms, lubricants, massage oil, charging cables, aphrodisiacs (no warranty)

? In case of defects:

Contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@aiersha.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the defect
We will review the case and send you a free replacement or refund the purchase price.
Return shipping: If necessary, send the defective product at our expense back to us.

Can I return a product?

?? For EU Customers:

7-day right of withdrawal (from receipt of goods).
Conditions:
- Product unsealed and in original packaging (seal intact).
- Include invoice and return form.
Excluded: Sealed intimate products (e.g., dildos, vibrators) if the seal has been removed after delivery (hygiene regulations under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

?? For USA and Non-EU Customers (including Switzerland):

All sales are final ("All Sales Final") – no returns or cancellations after shipment.
Exception: Defective products (see warranty above).

Return shipping costs: The customer bears the costs of return shipping. Contact us before returning at info@aiersha.com to get the correct return address.

How do I clean my erotic toys properly?

After each use, clean with a special cleaning fluid (e.g., Aiersha Toy Cleaner).
Rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly.
Do not immerse in water if the toy is not waterproof!

Important: Do not use baby oil or Vaseline – these can damage silicone and latex!
Store toys separately (e.g., do not store silicone with jelly/PVC together).

Which lubricants are compatible with Aiersha products?

How should I store my toys?

Dry and cool (not in the sun or in a car)
Separate by material (do not store silicone with jelly/PVC)
In a fabric bag (e.g., Aiersha Toy Bag) for extra protection

Common Issues & Solutions

Why aren't my items being added to the cart?

Possible causes & solutions:

Cookies blocked → Check browser settings (enable cookies).
Clear browser cache → Restart browser.
Try another browser (e.g., Chrome instead of Firefox).
Checkout as a guest (without login).

I received the error message "Duplicate Payment" – what should I do?

This happens if you tried to pay by credit card multiple times. Solutions:

Delete cookies and place the order again.
Use a different browser/device.
Choose PayPal payment (no PayPal account required).

My order was not confirmed – what now?

Check your spam folder (confirmation emails sometimes end up there).
Wait 24 hours – sometimes the email is delayed.
If nothing arrives: Contact us at info@aiersha.com with your order number.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

No. A post-order change of the delivery address is not possible once the order is in the shipping process.

Tip: Enter the correct address directly at checkout.
